Name Brand Shisha

I've just been buying my shisha from a local hookah lounge, and I was wondering, is it really worthwhile to buy name brand shishas?

What are they giving you? In what kind of container do you get it in if not a labeled one?

It comes in clear plastic circular tupperware things that seem to be fairly airtight (though my "hookah cupboard" smells strongly of lemon right now). They have big bulk jars in the back, I don't know if they buy bulk brand name or make their own.

One of the local lounges here has the same kind of deal, they'd sell small 30ish gram packs in little ziplock bags. After doing a little digging for details, I found out it was Afzal that they were buying in much larger packs (I don't know if it was kilo packs that they just put into their own containers or what..)

al fahker, layalina, al waha, al amir, tangiers, starbuzz, nahkla, fantasia, fumari just to name a few.

depends on how much you are willing to pay to smoke.

You are more than likely smoking a name brand shisha that you just don't know the name of

Lounges usually buy in bulk and then re-label their own mixes and sell them. So unless they are making their own shisha (being a lounge I am definitely sure they have no such knowledge) then you are already buying "name-brand".

I'd purchase another shisha with Tangiers if you do order it, since you need to let it acclimate, at least I do that cause I'm impatient :x

If you're not really sure about it, I'd say buy some Nakhla. Really hard to get it wrong, plenty of flavors and if you don't like it it's no biggie - it's quite cheap.

I do agree. Nakhla is a good, solid smoke.

But yes, why wouldn't you buy a name-brand shisha? Unless you're getting your current stuff very cheap it seems a bit daft not to try other things as well.

Nakhla is a great, consistent hookah tobacco. You should go to the review section and start getting aquainted with some of the different brands/flavors.

Pick up some Nakhla sweet melon, some Mizo peach, and some Double Apple in a Jar.

Buy those and you'll see why buying "Name Brand" shisha is the right call. Plus it's cheap as hell so if you like it, order more and start moving into the more expensive stuff like AF, Tangiers, Fantasia, Golden Layalina, Fusion, and such.

Nakhla is the most solid brand out there, get some youl love it.
