Bulldog_916
I would say bambino. It's the best of the ones I've tested.
indian_villager
The bambino is a bit smaller and the stem is smooth so it wont eat your brushes.
nickimholte
well it seems as if looks are the main difference, and i'm really digging the bambino
Hippo_Master
They all smoke the exact same. The econo gelato apparently has some crappiness issues, but that can be expected. The qt will be the heaviest and thickest and sturdiest of the bunch. The bambino is just.. the bambino - smokes great, looks different then the qt.For the econo gelato... do you crap where you eat?
Capt. Morgan
I have a Bambino and love it. Haven't smoked through any of the others though. I'd say go with the one you like the looks of the most.

Cerritus
I'd go for the Bambino too. I use my Bambino a lot more than my bigger hookahs. Better clouds, less work.

I havent had any complaints about the quality of them and I've sold quite a few. Where'd you hear about issues? To the OP: the bambino is a nice looking hookah but it's the only one that can't be converted to 2 hoses if that was going to be an issue for you.
