delSol_si
So a while back, I ordered a 32" KM ice from John at hookahjohn.com. I meant to post it a long time ago, but haven't had the time and figured I might as well see how it smokes first. This hookah is simply amazing!! It does have some flaws, but overall I am very impressed. I get compliments on it ALL THE TIME. I live in an area that hookah is NOT very big, so this really draws the attention. Put it this way, a ?19"?(small) chinese off-brand bullshit hookah goes for like $70-$90. There are a few other hookahs on campus, but everyone tells me this is the best one they have smoked out of.I know you have all heard this before, but smoking this is just like breathing. I went back and smoked my roommates hookah and forgot how hard it is to smoke compared to this beast. I also love the hose because I can just rest/hold it on my knee/leg and still smoke it without lifting a finger (haha, I am a bit short 5'9").The ice chamber is amazing and soo much easier to put ice in than messing with putting ice in the vase, especially living in the dorms(I live on the 7th floor and the ice machine and smoking lounge is on the first). Tho I still don't use it very often just because I get lazy and this hookah smokes incredibly well anyway. I will post a better review in the review section, just wanted to give an overview of how pleased I am with this hookah and didn't want to get banned for posting non-review stuff in the review section, haha. delSol_si
Here is the hose, which is totally badass in my opinion. Btw, thanks John!Oh, and does anyone know how to embed an image in the post when the picture is on your computer? I figured out how to do it if the image is online, but not when it is on the computer.

antouwan
by the way, is that hookah actually 31"? because on other vendors' sites the one that looks like yours (with the two bumps in the middle) is being marketed at 36" while the new one on thehookah.com (with only one lump) is being marketed as a 31"http://www.thehookah.com/khalil-mamoon-small-ice-31.html so somebody's measuring is either off or exaggerated
Zyram
I think I am going to order one of those in a month or so, I have a no-name egyptian right now from H-S, it works like a charm, so I have never really had any "need" to upgrade, but I do want to get a hookah that is so nice looking! That thing is awesome, and a nice hose to boot, did the hose come with it or was it ordered separately?-Z
evilded777
That is beautiful. I have been seriously thinking about a new hookah, since I have re-discovered the joy... and I have been really eyeing that one in particular. Something about the KM designs just calls to me. delSol_si
Thanks for the compliments guys! Thanks for the tips on the embedded images, I have never used photobucket, so I guess I should give that a try. Ya, my dorm has a smoking lounge. I was completely surprised when I found out. It is actually for cigg smokers, but I figured what the hell, why not use it for hookah. It has MAJOR ventilation, which is really good for when people are smoking ciggs as I can't stand the smell of them, but then it kinda sucks when smoking hookah because the smoke doesn't linger long at all, plus if I sit in the wrong place, the vents make it hard to blow smoke rings.Ya, I actually got the last one he had of this exact model. He had the 29" in-stock for awhile, not sure if it still is in-stock or not. He said he had to special order these. I don't know exactly how tall it is, I am just going by his description. I noticed the same thing, it seems like all vendors post these hookahs at different measurement classifications. It is in pieces right now drying from my session last night, but when I put it together next time (may be tonight if I can find a make-shift mod for my new phunnel bowl) I'll measure it and find out. To what point are you supposed to measure the hookah? Like from stem tip to tip, bottom of vase to top of bowl, bottom of vase to tip of stem, to ask tray, or what? I have never really figured out how they measure these things. Plus, if you change vases, that would change the height, so I don't know the proper way to measure. The hose did come with the hookah. That was one of the deciding factors with this hookah. I was going to buy a different hookah and then buy an Ultimate KM hose, but then saw this one and talked to John about hoses. He talked me into just going with this hookah and hose instead of the Ultimate and I am glad he did. Got great results for a much cheaper price. John said this hose is the brand new design from KM, they have both red and blue, I wouldn't mind getting the red one as well, but my job isn't going to well right now so money is kinda tight.Word of warning though: this hose end that goes into the hose port is very large so it doesn't fit into the port well at all, really have to push hard and twist. I was thinking about sanding it down, but I don't feel right modifying such a beauty. Also, if you do decide to get a KM, you really have to take care of them. They aren't as good of quality as they used to be and rusting/corrosion is a major issue if you don't treat it right. I found out the hard way as my ball bearing and purge valve are rusted now(not a hard fix, just haven't gotten around to it, plus a fellow board member suggested using a rubber/plastic bb instead of a ball bearing). erufiku
Have the same one... it's a year old now. I used to take really good care of it but recently I've been letting it stand with the water for a few days (just don't smoke that often). I'm getting some iffy green powder, hope it's not toxic Other than my laziness it's holding up really well. No rust whatsoever. Just be sure to unscrew the purge valve and let it all dry out after washing. But anyway it's a great hookah, enjoy
