Root Beer is awful. Still haven't heard from them. 3 out of the 6 flavors I ordered are actually F-Line, and I am not interested in getting those.... Boricua Posted March 11, 2009 Share Posted March 11, 2009 Ok, so my little report on taking care of this through H-S:Yesterday I learned of H-S' special on a free Mini-Mya with an order of $100+. So I decided to stock up on some shisha and get the Mya for my gf. They have bundles of 3 250g Tangiers Pack for around $36 bucks. So I got two of those after hearing of the new "Lucid" flavors. I ordered: Kashmir Cherry, Apple, Cocoa, Red Tea, Orange Soda, and Spearmint. Then I read here on the forum that some of those new Lucid flavors were actually F-Line. I'm not interested in regular or F-Line for now so I was a bit worried that I would just get stuck with F-Lines.I decided to get on the Live Help chat at the H-S website. Spoke with Ian he was very nice, apologized for the mixup. Said he could take care of it for me. I told him I didn't really see any Lucid flavors either wanted or didn't have. He said I could just cancel one of the 3 packs and just get one. I asked him if that wouldn't mean I would not be able to get my free Mini-Mya as it would put the order about $30 below the $100 mark for the free hookah. He said because it was their mixup they would still hook me up with the Mya and just refund me for the 3 pack. Yet again, H-S customer service has been fantastic with me.
