So I Got Two Phunnels!

Recommended Posts

Just gotta quickly mention that I ordered from John 4 days ago and it shipped to the UK immediately, received 250g Lucid Blue Gumball and a Tangiers phunnel bowl today! I ordered another from Nazarhookah which I believe is a chinese one. Pics below.

I packed AF mint in the black bowl and it was disgustingly coaly! Atm I'm acclimating the Tangiers because the smell wasn't quite there, but what do you suggest for these two + AF? Help appreciated! Edited by Illmatic

i would disagree, the chinese funnels have a very smooth bottom that is alot smaller then that. also the chinese bottoms are flat. clearly you can see the curvature of the bottom, and well as it being unglazed. your chinese phunnel looks alot different, just need to compare the two.

On a side note ive noticed af mint is one of the most broadcasting flavors ive ever smoked. it can ake a freaking beating, and only starts to taste nasty once you nuke the bowl. try less heat, or lighting your coals all the way if it tastes alot like coal.

The black phunnel is chinese, I have the same one from Nazar. it works well for me.. At least better than the egyptian it replaced. I have never owned an OG phunnel, so I cant compare.. Cotsi is correct the bowl does eat a lot of coal... But 2 cocos is the right amount on sum AF or SB..

Yeah, Gnu, yours is a Chinese knock-off. The Blue one in Illmatic's picture is a Tangiers bowl. The black one looks even lower quality than Gnu's Chinese.

For a conservative, Gnu, I would expect you to support American Industry, especially when the American product is higher quality and not support that neocon Wal Mart mentality...wink.gif
Of course if quality American products aren't important to you...
