There are variables but overall you could expect the water to get stinkier 4 times as fast.Have you ever smelled water from a hookah after a long session? Nasty shit.I think I will get small stoppers and put in the bottom of the down tubes and drill small holes near the bottom to make it a diffuser, That would serve as a diffuser and the heavier funk would accumulate on the stopper and buy more time betweeb changes.
