Sonthert Posted April 28, 2009 Share Posted April 28, 2009 I've got some bad news for all of you. Charcoal will burn hotter in some places rather than others. The drier it is, the hotter they burn. So where one charcoal works in one area that is relatively damp, the same charcoal will burn too hot in a place where its relatively dry. Awesome coals, in both natural and quick light. Its my personal opinion that Coco Naras burn slower (untested), and ash a heck of a lot less; but I have not decided if the cost differential makes up for the differences.
