Af Smoke?

Recommended Posts

Just sitting here smoking some AF, and wondering if AF gets a lot of smoke, or if I'm burning the crap out of it. I'm getting pretty big clouds with 2 coco naras and a windcover on my small Tangiers phunnel. Too much heat, maybe? This is actually my eclectic mix of odds and ends, or leftovers of various shishas. Currently, the mix has:

AF Grape
AF Lemon
AF Melon
AF Pineapple
AF Apple
AF Cafe Latte
Potion Watermelon

Heh.. odd mix, huh? Cafe Latte's currently overpowering everything else.

Long as your not finding the top burned to hell with good shisha underneath when u clean your bowl your doin alright on heat managment. Big clouds are normal for AF, not tangier's big, but still pretty damn big.

I threw the rest of that nasty mix out. Once I added the Cafe Latte, it was all over for that one. That crap overpowered the other flavors, and Cafe Latte isn't a good flavor to begin with.

And no, there was no burning on the top layer after the coals were depleted.

AF has always given me pretty big clouds - and the heat management has always been easy

what do you mean top burned to hell with good shisha underneath?

when i end my sessions, there's a top ring of blackened crispy shisha and the bottom layer is still a bit moist. i think i don't smoke long enough to get through the whole bowl. i use a phunnel and my coals vary depending on how cold it is outside.

I don't think anyone can evenly burn a bowl of shisha, so there'll always be some juicy stuff underneath. The only way to smoke it all is to smoke your bowl for like.. 3 hours or something. I've only cooked the entire bowl once, and that was a 3 hour long smoke with a glass screen and a small phunnel. And there was still moist stuff on the very bottom, with a crispy, crunchy ring of shisha on top. laugh.gif

AF mint and grape in a small phunnel has given me the longest session and greatest consistency, and largest clouds out of any other combo...shame i didn't discover this earlier

actually, for fruit flavors, AF blows.. but their non-fruit flavors are simply amazing... vanilla, caffe latte, mint... i cant wait to try out cardamom and cinnamon...
