mellamobunny.
are you using a phunnel?
JDHarding
3 cocos are too much heat. You might have not packed enough shisha in there to compensate for that amount of heat. I think 2 coals is all anybody normally needs, unless you're using a large phunnel. Were you using a phunnel? Make sure to pack the Tang in there up to at least the level of the center hole, or up to the top of the bowl. Underpacking can cause weak smoke, and when paired with a lot of heat, can cause harsh, weak smoke. Edit: I see it says you used a glass bowl. If using a glass bowl, don't pack the shisha down 'cause it'll clog airflow, but DO shovel the shisha in with a fork or spoon and overfill the bowl over the top. EternalSoil
I assume a glass phunnel because i dont think they make glass egyptian styles.pack it above the rim and push it down. you really gotta put a lot in there.2 coco's should be good on there, make sure you have lots of holes. I haven't seen one recently. Are you sure its Lucid and not regular Horchata? More tobacco, less coal. Thats my theory here.
FactorE
Thanks for the help guys! I am using a glass phunnel, wiht the Lucid Horchata and I actually filled the shisha all the way to the top and when i took off the foil I realized that alot of shisha is burnt and is stuck to the foil. So i think i will pack less next time and use 2 cocos instead. But I do have a question regarding overpacking.. wont overpacking result in burn shisha sticking to the foil causing harsh smoke? SilentBob
you will always have shisha stuck to the foil unless you way underpack. underpacking will cause thin smoke and harshness. shisha stuck to the foil is not a problem at all.

Foil touching has never been a problem for me I don't know where this crazy idea came from. Having "||" space between your tobacco and coal isn't going to make that much of a difference.
