The only advantage I could think of a small one is being easy to transport and perhaps they are a bit stronger as the smoke takes less time to get through the water etc? If thats possible otherwise I sound like an idiot.
antouwan
bigger vs. smaller the debate goes on. i think most people here would say that the most important think about arguilehs would be a) tobacco in the head (brand/quality and how you load/pack the head) and diameter of the stem and ports. those two factors would be the most important with smokability, the rest in convenience and practicality w and don't forget, asthetics
fineout
ive gotten better flavor from smaller hookahs so that might be true, but i like bigger hookahs, they look cooler
Sylren
I have a MYA bambino and obelisk. They both smoke the same, but the bambino is great for travelling or bringing to parties, and the obelisk is great because it can have up to four hoses when we have friends over. The best advantage of a small one is the price

MechAnt
It all boils down the skill of the person packing the bowl. In the end, size is just an issue of making an impression.
frost91
its not the size that matters. Its how you work it. (small ones tip over more easily!
Tom1
Taller hookahs Give off progressively less CO as their height increases.

At home I usually smoke from a KM but for takeout or a quick solo session the Bambino is my go-to hookah. It's also a lot easier to clean (I'm lazy )The only bad thing about small hookahs is that the ash trays are usually small. My KM ashtray saved a lot of hardwood flooring when the finger coals would roll off the bowl x) Also with smaller hookahs if you use a heavy hose they are easier to tip over.In terms of money, I'd say MYA smaller hookahs are the best bang for the buck. About the only real advantage I can think of for large hookah over a small would be the larger tray.
