I am now in Afghanistan, and this individual is now stationed here, as well! We decided to start a hookah group here, and I ordered a hookah and supplies from an online retailer. (The hookahs, tobacco, etc for sale here is mostly crap, and way overpriced).I am also going to assist this gentleman in petitioning Freemasonry.
