Best Apple?

Nakhla Double Apple- Classic, and I think everyone that smokes hookah should try it. Anise flavor is strong though

AF Double Apple- way to much anise for my taste

Nakhla Mizo Apple- Just had that for the first time and its great, kinda like a DA with half the anise

AF Esk Apple- Great flavor for me, no anise

Layalina Esk Apple- been awhile since I've had it, but I remember it being very good and sweet with no anise

If you smell Nakhla DA side-by-side with Nakhla Mizo--they have the same smells except that Mizo's is twice as strong. I wish Mizo was as sweet or as strong as the smell--but it didn't quite deliver for me.

Nakhla DA is quite complex and delicious. It's not 'too much' of anything. It has some sweetness, a good bit of anise and spice, but it's not overpowering in any one area. There's so much body and richness to it, and earthiness and thick texture to the taste that it will be hard for anything to ever beat it.

I always loved when the Double Apple was just right, er wrong, mis-acclimated and the anise almost disappeared and it was rose-apple. Perfecto!
