inino
sounds like a good idea. i would rig it up real quick and try it on your hookah at home before you go in case you do need to get different material.
SuburbanSmoker
Ive only made one hose out of latex and i used 1/2 inch tubing. only drawback was that it was very very stubborn, and wanted to keep its coiled shape so it was a pain in the ass to pass around, but its cheap and durable as well as a sinch to clean. Latex usually uncoils and will stay uncoiled once you run some hot water through it.Be careful, though. Some people have an alergic reaction to latex.I'd love to find some silicone tubing, myself. Silicone is the best tubing, but super expensive.
MechAnt
I first read the title as Latex Lubing and then proceeded to read spring break.LOL MY BAD!Like JDHarding said, some people do have allergies to it and that's something you have to be very aware of. I have some silicone tubing that my mom got me from the hospital she works at and it works beautifully. It's crazy expensive though.
SimplexCoda
Ok gents, while you were all so awesomely answering me, i ran to the local Vet Supply and got about 7ft of 3/8 ID latex tubing. The lady just gave me a brand new length of it. Very awesome. So im putting it together after i run warm water and lemon juice through it. Also about the latex alergies, i thought that was a contact allergy not a respitory allergy.Mech, thats awesome about Latex Lubing and spring break, makes me all the more excited for it to get here. More than you know. But anyway the hose is now 7ft long and translucent purple. To plug into the hose port im using the end from a cobra hose and as a handle im using a handle from a mitsuba hose. Ill switch both to mya wide ends as soon as i find someone willin to do a little swappin, but i figured in a pinch like this those ends would work. So, the whole reason i needed this hose was cause i have the 23 inch silver nour from HC. Mech knows exactly the one im talkin about. But the hose port isnt quite big enough for a nammor and it falls out when your passing it. So i needed to make a hose that would fit in the just right so i can take my hookah with me.
