Well i take that back, My girlfriend somehow managed to fall off a chair and onto my windcover, but it was bent back so i dont think it counts anyway. Boricua Posted March 21, 2009 Share Posted March 21, 2009 I've never broken one but have had several of mine broken by other people....My first hookah was broken by Homeland Security lolThe stem went in my suitcase, they opened it, weren't very nice to it so when I get home and open my bag I have a broken stem and a nice note from HS saying they had opened my bag.... Another friend of mine knocked one of my funnel bowls off of my tailgate on to the concrete luckily it only chipped it and it still smokes just fine. All in all I've been pretty lucky. EternalSoil Posted March 21, 2009 Share Posted March 21, 2009 i havent broken any bases yet, a friend has though.I have broken 2 phunnel bowls however.the first time i broke the first one it was my 21st b-day party. was packing a new bowl and turned and my arm knocked it off.It only broke off the long part so it was a 2 inch high phunnel bowl.The second time i broke my first one i think i was drying it off with a towel and it slipped out.The other one i was drunk at a friends house, in another state. I was washing the bowl out and i have a habit of snapping the water out like the phunnel was a whip. well i broke it on the faucet.Luckily, i was just cleaning it to pack it all up cause we were done smoking for that whole trip, so no time lost. I read it before I smoked last night and my hookah almost got knocked over...I'm not real superstitious but I do believe in jinxing. For this reason I never say the "M" word in my theater (or ever). no longer welcome Posted March 22, 2009 Share Posted March 22, 2009 i had stocked up some limited km's and i wanted a green double pear, however I only had 3 and need to sell them, however i want one, must sell, must take, etc, then i notice a crack in one of the pears that helped make my decision, i just couldn't sell it, however, i this broken pear has no real issues that stop me from enjoying it.
