I had it in Chicago, and I've found the Hazelnut and Cinnamon to go with it, but I have been unsuccessful in finding the 3rd part of the mix. I used to get it in Dearborn when i lived in MI.I would be realy interested in finding this flavor again in something other than hookahhookah.
