Ball Bering Replacment For Your Purge Valve

I am always losing the ball bering from my purge valve when i cleen my hookah so insted of spending 50 cents a pop for one i use a soft air bb (there little plastic bbs) i find they dont stick like the metal ball berings do. this will only work in hookahs that have the small ball berings some have bigger ones.

Old idea, but a great one none the less.... just wish they fit in my Exotica

actually, i replaced all my ball bearings with the small plastic BB pellets. as long as they can fully cover the hole, they work fine. i bought a bag of 1000 for a dollar at the swapmeet. and i even swap out the old bb pellet with a new one each session.

Hah! I play airsoft and I never thought of this idea, I have bloody loads of the things. If your valve is too big for the regular pellets there are also 8mm pellets (regulars are 6mm) but the 8's may cost a slight bit more.

Yep, I use airsoft ammo as well....no corrosion issues.

BTW, use .20g or heavier....I may use .25s once I get another bag of them.

haha thats a good one but if you really dont want to spend any money just crumple up a piece of foil making it a ball. You can make it as big as you want.
