The Kindness Of Strangers

Recommended Posts

Well this might become a long story, but its a good one. A while back, GNR wanted to get his hands on a cheap QT, but needed the funds. So out of the kindness of my heart for other hookah loving Michiganders, sent him some dough. Well now he has paid it back 500 times over! In the mail today, I received 2 boxes of Nahkla, a 50gr box of AF, some pop rocks (funny!) and.......wait for it......wait some more.....OK, that's enough suspense, a MINI PHUNNEL. All I can say to everyone, when you have the chance to do something nice for someone you don't even know, do it because someday karma will come back around to you. So here's a big thanks to GNR for cheering me up whilst I am unemployed.

SUPERcool that the stuff made it to you today Cop! I hope the miniphunnel matches the MZ alright (Cop has a red MZ pear if I remember right and the mini I sent was a red/sunburst combo). And seriously man they work SOOOO well.

Aside from that I want to thank Brandon for doing a good deed despite my protests and helping a brotha out way back when I found the QT. I can only take credit for wanting to suprise him with some payback.

He deserves all the credit for taking the initiative to do something awesome for someone without expecting anything in return which is a way I like to try to live my life, though I def don't always succeed.

I just thought it would be nice for a selfless giver to actually recieve something awesome in return for once smile.gif

This forum has actually been awesome in this respect, I've had 4 other people send stuff just because and it's been pretty damn cool (thanks Jez, Stuie, Ahwahoo, and SPS, and anyone I might have forgotten?)

Oh, and I use that QT all the freakin time, I actually used it today lol.
