uglycustoomer
so, i by mistake threw out my pipe brush to clean my mya gyro. I have a KM brush, but it's way too big to fit down the gyro. I tired cleaning my gyro with lemon, soap, vodka, baking soda hoping that the gunk inside would magically disappear, but it's still there and is tainting my hookah sessions. help! Sylren
Go to a fish store and they have brushes for like 1.50. They come in all different sizes and in three packs!
inino
or upgrade to a shot gun cleaner. walmart sells them for like 15 bucks and they are metal brushes that clean amazingly and never wear down.

Charley
I have used bore snakes before but they only fit some stems so check the size before you buy one.
antouwan
i used the lemon juice (the one in the green bottle) and baking soda to clean my pipes out. run some water through the base first so the baking soda will stick to the inside of the stem and then put some baking soda in there - don't be stingy - and then put your finger on the end of the downstem to block it and pour a generous amount of lemon juice in there (it will foam) but let it get over that and then block the top of the stem with your finger and swish it around back and forth. that's the way i did it when i had my myas...needless to say, when i learned to truly clean a mya like a km or any other smooth-stemmed pipe is clearly impossible i sold them as soon as i had the opportunity. Bulldog_916
Get the scotch-brite scrubbing pads that dont have soap in them, the green deals. Cut them into strips, attach to a wire hanger and clean out your rig. Pretty easy and cheap solution.

Sonthert
Don't use metal brushes if you have a brass pipe. Try a green-scrubby sponge with the coat hanger thing.
