Bookworm
I'm thinking about picking up a pair of Oakleys to augment my current sunglass collection, which is all pretty subdued (a pair of black Oakley gascans, and some generic-looking bolles and natives) and I want something with a little more pop to it.http://oakley.com/pd/5992http://oakley.com/pd/5636http://oakley.com/pd/6184/22144I'm leaning towards the T-Pain or Nicky Haydens, but the O-Zones have some real pop to em. Anyone know how the fit compares with the Oil Rigs and the Gascans?
fineout
not really a fan of the oil rigs, too bulky for me. but i guess if i was gunna pick one id go with the t-pains, im more of the sport shade versions of oakleys. I think im gunna pick these up this summer http://oakley.com/pd/5724/19918
Bookworm
those sport lenses have never been the right look for me, but if I were to get a pair I'd get thesehttp://oakley.com/pd/4852
Tati
I really like the T-Pain ones. The oil rig is very flashy, but if you want them to pop like no other, go for that.T Pain stands out, but isnt overly out there like the oil rig.I want this one: http://oakley.com/women/pd/6079
Victim026
Oil Rig O-Zone hands down if you want some pop.
jdehart
Do they have to be Oakleys? If not check out these http://www.liquidpolarized.com/ I got a pair that are polarized and light sensitive which help when I'm riding my bike to work when it is light, and back home when it is dark... I don't have to carry two pair with me now. They are well made, in USA, and look great.John
tinyj316
personally, I've gotten more compliments on my matte black monster dogs with ice iridium lenses than my friend who has a pair of the t-pain oil rigs.I'm not a big fan of the oil rig...too bulky and boxy... its all about a frame that goes well with your face...popping for the sake of popping isn't a good thing IMO... what about these: http://oakley.com/pd/4141
Bookworm
those liquids are cool, but none of their frames had what I was looking for. I liked the makos though.and tinyj, those are pretty sick. I'm gonna give those some thought, but for $70 more.....
MechAnt
I like the T-Pain ones the best. Like Tati said, a little more subdued than the others but a lot less kitschy.

ColibriDon
I like the Nicky Hayden, black is just classic. Of course...I guess I'm biased because I just got some black Spike glasses.

Hippo_Master
Are those sunglasses or transformers? Damn... I'm really much more down with the simplicity of Smith (for the most part). Those Oakley's look like they are trying way too hard. If I saw someone in those I don't think I could hold in a laugh. If I saw someone in those I don't think I could hold in a laugh. that's the point, I really don't dress how I act, so if you realize what I do, almost my entire wardrobe is satirical (is that a word?) so I'm looking for shades that are a bit ridiculous. Hobbs
I never owned Oakleys, and I can say I don't really dig the styles the OP listed, but I'm not a very flashy guy.I have however owned 2 pairs of Dragon sunglasses which were good.. the first pair I had were stolen from me I believe. The 2nd pair I still have, which I like a lot, and the price tag wasn't too extreme.1st pair2nd pair
tinyj316
you could always get some ray-ban wayfarers... classic, yet gaudy... a win-win.
