New Hookah

Recommended Posts

i've searched around and can't find a single piece of coals. ok so i just got a new vicara which no one seems to have but i like the look so it seems ok. so anyway, i just got it and it came with a free stick of coals, the round type that there are like 10 in a pack and some shisha that doesn't seem very good. it tastes alright but after about 5 minutes the coals are already almost chared and the shisha is dry. another thing i was thinking was it could be the bowl? the bowl is pretty small and can only fit 2, maybe 3 pinches if im lucky. any idea's on why my hookah is being a bastard?

If you are using a tiny amount of shisha and its totally drying out in a few minutes, you are probably using too much heat. Any pics of the hookah/bowl?

In general, those coals that come in a roll suck too tongue.gif

sorry, cant get any pictures right now, but the bowl is about 2 and a half inches tall, but the actual bowl only goes in a little under half an inch. and yeah i've realized that these coals suck. do you have an suggestions?

For coals? You can't go wrong with CH naturals (from hookahjohn.com) or Canary Goldens. Also, I have fell for AF cocos too. All three are awesome.

It sounds like a bowl issue though. You might want to try to get something a little larger. I have a tiny bowl, and usually one coal is enough. How much are you using now?
