I usually keep my tangiers 250g in the long rectangle ziploc containers...that why, I can acclimate in the tub. I just pour the shisha in, stir like crazy, spread it out and let it sit. it's one less step than acclimating on foil, then having to put it back into a container...

yep, i'm lazy like that.

But, yeah...Lock and Locks are good. They're decently priced at the E-Mart, especially when the Won rate is low. smile.gif When the exchange rate is $1 to 1400 Won, I'm going to buy a crapload of Lock and Locks Edited by arcane

For tangiers I use the 3 cup rubbermaid contrainers with large surface area - it makes acclimation and juice retention easier. They're like 2.38 a pop tho, probly not the best deal. For Nak I use ziplock 4 cup tubs - perfect size for 250g.

I use these glass jars from IKEA. They are airtight and the perfect size foe 250g. I don't know how to post a link because I suck at the internet but I can copy and paste the wedsite smile.gif

since GNR already decided on his container...i'm going to threadjack like i usually do.

is there a preference on container size for the tangiers smokers? myself, i like the Ziploc Large Rectangles. A 250g of Tangiers barely fills 1/5 of the container so there's plenty of room to spread the shisha around for acclimation. It also makes it easy to run a phunnel through the tobacco when packing.

But, I noticed people using smaller containers, just enough to fit 250-500g of shisha. Is this just to save space?

Thanks, and sorry for the threadjack GNR.

I use the locknlocks as well for my 250's of tangiers. I ahve some mason jars as well, but I have to break up a 250 amongst two of them (think they're pint sized) so I can still stir well..

so, if I go over a kilo, then I use my mason jars, but I typically only keep a kilo on stock or so.. I only smoke on the weekends, so I don't need to keep as much as some of you fiends..
