ElijahSing
Ive been smoking everyday for months and never get a buzz.. I throw in some al waha just for the sake of being tired of smoking what I usually do, After 3 pulls.. i'm super buzzed?!?!?!
Hookie The Hookah
Been there. The nature of the buzz is a true mystery to me.
erufiku
Yeah it's pretty much inexplicable. I never get a buzz from AF but when I tried their Double Apple my head started spinning after a few pulls (maybe it's just because the taste was nasty though). Some flavors (Nakhla, Tangiers) give me a bigger buzz than others
xipander
i've never gotten a buzz before from hookah until yesterday and put on some mizo peach, and about 5mins in to it it all hit me at once, i had to lay down, it almost made me feel sick.I had to take it slow for 30mins then waited a few hours before i finished the bowl. Arcane
haha...i actually had a bad session with Nakhla Sweet Melon today...hopped on chat and was bs'ing with chinamon. even said, "at least i didn't get a buzz for no reason"...then a few minutes later, the buzz hit.it was kind of amusing though. Pilgrim
Know the feeling, never get a buzz off nakhla, and today I smoked smoked Tangiers kashmir f-line for three hours in the sun and didn't feel a thing... It's a bitch, and I never smoked cigarettes, so I don't know why I have this "tolerance" to shisha.. Kinda sucks..
Charley
I never have a buzz but Im a vary heavy smoker. (hookah, standard pipe, cigs, cigars, and hand rolled cigs.)
Ishilied
Cool. I have yet to get a buzz from smoking - it tends to just relax me.
mustang_steve
Yeah, i had an insane buzz off of some Nakhla Orange today....it was one of those "stuck to the couch" buzzes, where it literally felt like I was velcro'd in place.
jayeee07
Weird, today was the opposite for me. I have been smoking Starbuzz every day since I got the hookah and today I smoked the same starbuzz and didn't really buzz at all. Which I enjoyed since I don't smoke hookah for the feeling, at all. Don't like the tobacco buzz. Can't really talk about any other types of buzzing here for some reason. Normally after a 2 hour bowl my head will be starting to ache and my stomach would have a weird feeling but today was great
nd4snd
Funny the exact opposite happened to me last night. I fired up my KM with AF Strawberry and some CH Quick lights, smoked for about an hour or so (went through 4 QLs). I started to get very light headed, felt kind of sick, and I think I started sweating a bit. I've tried smoking inside, and smoking outside, and I keep getting this light headed feeling. Anyone have any ideas what I'm doing wrong? Or what I should do?

Grant it, the bottom is still a little black, but I think they are done. Any other suggestions?I also drink lots of water before/after/during. It's always a good idea to have something in your stomach. I find I start to feel sick if I smoke and haven't eaten in a few hours.

I'm really stumped You're not doing anything wrong, you're doing everything right. If you want to avoid the lightheadedness take some time in between each pull, sometimes you may find yourself "breathing" through the hose if you're smoking alone, which serves to exacerbate any lightheadedness. Getting lightheaded is just part of the buzz. If it get's unbearable, stop smoking, and shovel food down your mouth until you can't eat anymore. It doesn't matter if you eat before or during, but after you get too lightheaded and get the "hookah headache" as I call them, EAT!And Al Waha gave me the biggest buzz I have ever had. After 2 pulls of Al Waha Guava I felt like I'd just smoked 2 cigarettes simultaneously. I actually had a friend collapse after that session. They tried getting up 3 times and just kept falling, the buzz was a bit much for them methinks. I called the EMT after the second time because I was prettttttty worried. Tati
I always get a buzz, but that might be because Im a girl, I dont smoke very often, and because Im a lightweight...Tangiers kicks my ass like no other and I cant move after that. Im ok with lucid tho.
