His packing is ok, not the best ever, but certainly not the worst. The stem was just in in the original plastic and box no bubble or anything, but wasn't damaged anyway, so no big deal. The vase on the other hand, had TONS of bubble wrap and then was stuffed in a AF bag, VERY good packing. The grommets looked like they had just been thrown in the box because I thought he didn't put any in there, but then noticed them just sitting randomly in the box w/o any baggy or anything, but owell, not a big deal either. Nothing was damaged though so it worked. The KM box the stem was in said "broken" on it, which kinda confused me, but it works fine, so whatever.Anyway, ya, I would recommend John, he has great customer service and ships very fast. Only thing I don't like is the high flat rate shipping (tho it comes in handy when ordering a bunch of stuff). Rani Posted April 10, 2009 Share Posted April 10, 2009 Well, I placed an order online at 4:53 p.m. thinking it couldn't possibly be processed today and would ship tomorrow for Monday delivery. Surprise! As of 5:59 p.m. I have a tracking number and looks like it will be here tomorrow......... So definitely a high five for John AND the wife who actually does the shhipping! I didn't pick up a whole lot - some AF Vanilla (the only AF I'm still buying) and Mizo Grape and Mizo Cherry to see if they're anywhere near as good as Mizo Peach - so I'll know by tomorrow.'Rani Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
