How do you store your Starbuzz?

Recommended Posts

I opened the Blackberry starbuzz packaging (double bagged), and then realised the bag wouldn't go back into the tin without making a bit of a mess (the box is quite small). I ended up tipping the contents of the bag into the tin, and put the tin into an airtight container to keep the freshness.i'm just wondering how you guys are storing yours, and how you manage to mix it before using considering the tin is so small.

Keeping it in the tin is all you really need to do. Anything more is
overkill, especially when the tobacco comes in either a plastic tub or
tin.

Whenever I get my tobacco such as Fahker, Amir or Havana, I always take
the tobacco out of the little baggies and just dump it in the container
(like you did), and thats it. No need to do this AND put the tin in a
ziplock container, unless your tub it came with has a crack in it or
something.

Also, to store, just keep the tobacco out of direct sunlight. Just keep
your tubs in a cool, not bright place and they should last a solid 1-3
years (depending on the brand).

I use and sell my stuff in reusable food-type containers. Actually, the ones I use now are cheap version of like ZIp-Loc containers or whatever. Buy some at the local food distribution node, citizen.

hey label....i actually did the exact same thing you did with the exact same flavor of starbuzz.....though i actually cut the bag directly in half with a knife through both layers....that way i could seperate it into 125g bags and go threw them one at a time...ive heard that the starbuzz tins are not air tight so i put tobacco (still inside the split double bags) back inside the tin and into a large ziploc bag for extra safe keeping..for 20 bucks a can i would hate to ruin it....but so far thats worked fine for me except for the fact the syrup can get kind of messy inside the tin..pretty soon im going to pick up some larger ziploc containers to just put it in...bottom line...keep it air tight and in the right conditions as stated by yashman and you and your tobac. will be fine.

Actually, many people in the know belive Johnny Walker Gold label to be superior to blue label, although it technically is lower. Black and red are gross. Their use of Talisker malt is deplorable! Besides blended scotches are for old guys named Manny who sip through their swizzle sticks and call women "lays".Pav, you're what, 16? Drinking scotch older than you is wrong...not the drinking, just that the booze is older than you are.

Tang, pretty much all good Scotch is older then me, and that hasn't stopped me yet... Anyway, Ziplok makes these great containers that screw on, and they sell them in packages of three for like $3. The small size is perfect for 250g. My Starbuzz tins are used for things like spare change, shooting supplies, and the like.

Technically, it is a vatted malt, I believe, and no I haven't. [well, aren't you Mr. La-dee-da?][Hey, you like scotch, too!][At least I don't sound like a prick][You should know what one sounds like][I think you need to go on time out][OK, sorry]
