360 Brand Shisha

Recommended Posts

Never seen it before. They sell it at my local shop of choice and the guy claimed to make it himself despite the fact that it's imported. rolleyes.gif

it's another one imported by al-amir, like skyzzz is, another in a tin, super-wet, "exotic" line of shisha following in Starbuzz' footsteps. My frend picked up black watermelon and it actually smelled REALLY good, totally different than a normal watermelon flavor and he called to report that the clouds were huge and flavor is really strong unlike most SB. there's an entire line of probably about 30 flavors or so that they had.

It was also much closer to the 10 dollar range than the 20.

I might pick some up since I really enjoy the more unusual SB types of flavors.

Anyone seen or tried any?

Black watermelon? Sounds interesting. You'll have to keep us posted on any new flavors you pick up... Maybe post some pics too?

Will do. I'm pretty sure it's a first look at a new product line if Stuie doesn't know what's up lol!

The shop IS called Al-Amir and they DO import alot of Al-Amir Imports stuff from little hookahs to tobacco and accesories so I'm pretty sure they're affiliated beyond just name.

Beyond that I noticed that this new line and Skyzzz have phone numbers listed in 313 area code on the tins which is Detroit/Dearborn...

Getting me really curious as to where the import headquarters is and if it could possibly be this unassuming shop I love so much.

Yeah I'll take lotsa pics next time I'm in. I'm sure the owner will let me to share the new line with an online comunity, he seemed pretty intent on pimping his wares.

The only other flavors I remember seeing were Michigan Apple, Bubblegum, Blue Mist, and Citrus Mist, although there were a bunch as I previously mentioned.

Shit guys if we've found a line of SB quality flavs and tobacco with better longevity for THAT much cheaper this could be really cool. No jumping the gun though. Stuie I'm sure we can work something out for you to continue your quest to try every brand, I'll talk to ya before I go next time.

Yeah, it's washed.

Tiny, sounds good to me!

So when Tiny comes to the Detroit area in about 3 weeks we're going to meetup and go out to the shop in question. We'll buy some interesting 360 flavors, take pictures, and maybe even do a couple vid or at least picture heavy reviews (sound good dude?).

NOTHING.

Any vendors know of it? My curiosity towards my seemingly new discovery is piqued.

I dunno. They DID change the place around since I was there last month though. They're carrying different tobaccos and coals, expanding a bit on what they had before so maybe that has to do with it.

And I did find some random bill of lading from an order they placed with the Al-Amir export company in Egypt in 2006 mellow.gif

If it smells like shit.. and looks like shit.. etc etc.

Does anybody notice that like 3-4 brands out there have very similar flavor lists? IE this citrus mint, Tonic citrus mint, Starbuzz citrus mint, Fusion citrus mint. Just like all of the aforementioned have an "exotic white peach". Or the blue mist in this and starbuzz, and sea breeze in tonic.. I'm pretty damn sure these guys are all buying it from the same private label company..

It's definately possible, however my guess is that Starbuzz is it's own entity and the rest might be buying and private labeling like you suggest, because I had some Skyzzz and it was markedly different than Starbuzz.

HOWever the black watermelon smelled really good and reportedly tastes good too, so we shall see.

I want an excuse to buy some of the SB type flavors that I enjoy at a much lower price that's all smile.gif

I wonder, since Al-Amir "makes" the stuff, if it has less taxes levied against it...(even though its probably imported)
