Giant Ninja Robot
The description says "heavy duty but light weight". Beware as that could mean they're made of Stainless Steel, and not the quality kind.No experience though on my part, just an observation.Looks nice though. oscarhenson
Ahh i just went for it and got a KM instead... there was a sale on them and I got a 28" for £39, down from £55. I'm sure it'll be worth the extra cost

mushrat
The drawback to a screw on base is the quality of the metal in the threaded parts. CHeaper ones will eventually strip and your hookah will not seal properly.

Sonthert
Look carefully at the hose port. Whenever you see a hose port like that, be highly suspicious. The hose port is a single pieces of metal sheet bent into a tube, with a do-dad on the end of it. Frequently, there is a gap on the end of the hose port, under the do-dad, assuming the do-dad will be soldered securely. It often isn't. I've seen one-hose models with that design of hose port with 25-33% failure rates. Of course, if you were buying a four hose model, the failure rate would be a minimum of 255/256 (.25^4). KMs are double sheathed, so its two pieces of metal tube, so they are much, much better, almost failure free. Compare that hose port to these hose ports:Thamseh HookahThis type of hose port is far, far more reliable. If you see one of these suspect hose ports, look in it. If you see its a single layer of metal (not a sandwiched double layer), look carefully for the seam and make sure it is connected all the way down.
