dropkickdragout
So i'm looking at Nours, and I found one I really like the look of, only thing is that the base is screw on O.o I've never had a hookah that screwed on before, can anyone provide an idea of what problems i might have if i get this nour, or if screw on's are good, say so too, i'd like to know. here's the link: http://www.thehookah.com/nour-screw-...h-27-inch.html
Sylren
Well, I don't have a nour or a screw on hookah. But, I do love the look of that one!
freezerburn456
Nours are generally high quality, along the level of KMs and MZs. I have never had a screw on with a glass base, but i have a Mya acrylic that is screw on and it is very nice. It is especially nice when you have drunks arounds that try and move the hookah with the stem. Having a base that cant fall off is really nice. Hookie The Hookah
I have one, and I have had trouble with it being airtight. Nothing a little fiddling doesn't fix, but still.

inino
sometimes screw ons leak through the threads. just more of a hassle if you ask me. If you like syrian pipes check out the ones that AF has to offer too, they are really nice. http://www.alfakheronline.com/Item_Hookahs.htm

Sonthert
That screw-together is the best screw together on the market, in my opinion. Its quite good...if its the same one I've seen, and I think it is. I recommend it.
theophylaktos
if does leak just use some plumbers tape on the threads of the base before you screw the stem on. That's what I do, seals good and doesn't stick to or ruin your base.

If anything I'd say it is at least as air tight as any other I've used. Edited April 17, 2009 by Jeff_T
