shisharob777
Would rust in your air valve effect your smoking any?
Sonthert
It can. Take the little ball bearing out carefully and rub it between your thumb and forefinger. Take a towel and wipe the inner seat where the ball bearing sits off.
cotsi95
I had some build up on my km purge port i took the ball out and scraped it off with a utility knife and then washed the whole hookah well and dried it. If you have run on you purge ball just replace it with an airsoft BB it is lighter and will never rust.
shisharob777
Yea im using a plastic BB but since my valve is so small i cant reach in and scrap it off, so im kinda stuck with it.
Sonthert
Remove the cover, carefully, lightly blow through the hose/hose port, the ball bearing should float up for you.
Vladimir
As for rust in the valve I (and I am paranoid about this stuff!) figured its a negligible issue because you do not PULL from the valve so the "rusty air" entering your lungs will be minimum.
