Question For The Mods.....

Recommended Posts

The forum works a little strangely sometimes, but I was wondering if there's a way to bookmark certain threads within on a personal basis. Sometimes we find something in a thread personally useful and then have to go searching for it again later which is a major pain.

If you click on the "Options" link in the upper right corner of the posts, you can track that thread. If you choose "No Email" it will just sit on your "my subscriptions" page. Or you can get notified of any new posts.

Yes, but what happens when it's dormant for a while. Is there anyway to link to it permanently into the archives, are they moved, or would it be a matter of cutting and pasting into a document on my hard drive and storing it there? Trying to figure out an easy way that works because I'm bloody tired of searching for something later when I need it.

I like the idea Rani.

As a suggestion for the mods, slickdeals.net allows you to pin topics to the top of your list. So essentially just pinning a link to the original thread at the top of the thread list in each given area.

So for example if I wanted to watch a KM trade thread I could pin it and every time I went to the trade area it would be the first thread I would see, no matter when it was updated.

Just an idea.
