I don't think they're gone for good (someone mentioned something about them getting a new warehouse). Might be awhile before they're operational though. Don't hold your breath for the free coals. Soon after I posted the promotion we began a lot of changes with our business, website and inventory selection. As you can see our site has been updated and our inventory has changed, and unfortunately the Starlight promo completely slipped our minds. We no longer carry the Starlight coco coals (neither do many other retailers or distributors) so we cannot fulfill the offer we made. Again everyone, we are truly sorry for not fulfilling the promotion as promised and there is no real good excuse other than we forgot.Feel confident in knowing that no emails were harvested and anyone who submitted an email will never receive promotional materials unless offcourse they have registered or placed an order with us in the past.
