mattarios2
I always acclimate all of the strong nakhla flavors or any of them that have a lot of floral taste to them ... Nakhla peach, (floral taste goes away) mint, mizo mint,(some report weird after taste, acclimating fixes it) mizo grape, (people say the after taste is weird, if you acc that goes away) mizo cherry, cardamom, cinnamon, tropicana, (has much more of a tropical kick if you acc) margarita (gets less salty and more lime) as well as some others. MAKE SURE TO ACCLIMATE MIZO CHERRY, i tried not acclimating and smoking it last night, it tasted like pure popuri, shit was NASTY! When I acclimated it for about 12-24 hours it was one of the best smokes I ever had, had a light rose taste with a cherry ending. But un acclimated you can barely take a hit after 10 minutes.Just a heads up for people who think nak needs no acclimation, it is true, but for about half of them, they for sure need acclimation. mattarios2
i do it with about half of the flavors. some i have tried acclimating and got nothing in return, and some i have tried and it made them 10000 times better. In my original post it states a bunch of flavors i acclimate, those along with a few others i acclimate regularly. ESPECIALLY MIZO CHERRY, i find all of the mizo needs acclimation.
Balthazar
I've found this to be the case as well. Always acclimate my Nakhla.
