It's written by Warren Ellis, the comic book genius behind Transmopolitan, the Authority, and Planetary.Called GI JOE: Resolute, let's just say people die, there's blood, the story and animation are both really well done, and in a scene I love Roadblock mows down some Cobra troops from behind with a grin on his face. And being a fan of ninja (no really?) Snakeyes and Stormshadow have an EPIC fight. Giant Ninja Robot Posted May 4, 2009 Author Share Posted May 4, 2009 I just watched it..ok first of all, I clicked on the website and it was Marlan Wayans in combat gear, NOT a hot chick.I'm not sure how this is going to be. I hate the Mummy movies and it's the same director. And those mech suits look so stupid. Why throw in a gimmick like that when you have am entire world of Joe to explore from the get go?
