Anxiety
Alright, Ive been smoking tangiers for a while now and Ive only had a problem with one other batch (nectarine which i left acclimated for 2 weeks like an idiot) so I must have got red tea about 2 months ago, I acclimated it for two days and it still didnt smell at all right so i put it in a jar and stored it away. It turns out i totally forgot about it and stumbled on it last night lol. I opend it and it still smelt like soy sauce, so what should i do? attempt to reacclimate it? or is it just a bad batch? mattarios2
definitely re-acclimate it. When it sits in a jar closed, and you open it to a new climate it has never seen before, it goes into humidity shock.
Sonthert
Yes, thats...correct. If you seal it up, it'll become isolated from the humidity changes in the air, so if you open it u later, it could be in humidity shock.
