i dont think thats an old hookah, i found some of them online for 30ish dollars on a website a while back. it looks different from the hookah online but it is very similar. id buy it for 25 just to have it

I'd grab it for 25 bucks no worse than buying some shisha.

By the looks of it, it's obviously been a while since it was used, but because of the way the base is made I would put it at 10-20years age max, but that's my unprofessional opinion. Maybe some people with more knowledge could pinpoint it.

Just a pretty normal indian style hookah. You might need to modify the top to fit modern-style bowls on it, but it should smoke alright... don't expect much in that regard but with some polish it'd make a great decoration, and it is an extra hookah to have around.

Nothing too special, but damn worth the price at $25. Get it.
