I did not cut exactly at the lines but those are good enough reference for which section because which bowl. I was also thinking about maybe seeing if stuie would sell me the one you sent him. I remember you saying you are changing the style and would trade stuie the old for the new if he wants, but I personally really like the look of the one you sent him.Oh, and what is the difference in process difference in making them between the highlighted dark brown grooves that go around and the grooves that just match the bowl (no highlight). I personally like the highlighted grooves more.Actually I'm just sending Stuie a tip and a connector end. It's not a whole handle. The way I make the dark lines is with a guitar string. With the lathe spinning fast I pull the string down in the groove and the friction burns the line. I saw a video where someone used a wire and I figured old guitar strings would work plus I could use various gauges. Save up some change because we'll have plenty of stuff made.
