Hookah Recommendation + Authenticity Of Km Hookah!

hey guys, wanting to buy my first hookah and was just wondering a few things:

whats better to buy, a 22" KM or a mya QT (or similair small mya hookah)

the 22" KM is this one

and the mya QT is a normal blue one.

ive smoked hookah for about 4-5 years so im not a total n00b lol

is the 22" KM real?
is al-fakher flavour the best or is it a matter of preference?

well KMs and MYAs are similar in quality, KMs are usually just a little cheaper. I'd go with the MYA QT personally, just because I think MYAs are best if you're looking for a small hookah.
I'm not familiar with hookahshop.co.uk....but if they're a big company in the UK and are saying it's a KM..you should be getting a geniune KM.

With the Al-Fakher deal, it's really just a matter of preference. I do know that they have good shisha for a decent price, a local vendor where I live sells em for 9$-250g so I usually smoke it since its so convenient and cheap.
Some people like unwashed like Nakhla and Tangiers (<-huge following on this forum though I havn't personally tried any yet), but like I said it's really just up to preference. Best of luck man

It looks like a real Mya. Hard to tell from that picture. The apple is one of Khalil Maamon's logos.

Well QT's are great, but I don't like how the smaller MZ's smoke, probably the same problem with the KM's downstems too short, but Kam at hookahshop is top notch. Placed an order with him here in the states last summer and everything was perfect... but shipping is long from UK to US.

glad i ordered it last night, ordered along with some al-fakher mint flavour and swift-lite coals.

anyone know where to get al-fakher apple from the uk?

if you live in the uk keep using hookahshop
if you live in the states hookah company or hookah-shisha are both f'ing wonderful sites to buy from

the swiftlites are alright but nothing compared to naturals
they do the job and i kinda like em better than goldens (not much)
but you're going to want to order some natural coals
exotica fingers are the greatest thing since sliced bread. they take just as much time as instant lights (in my experience)
and they dont give that nasty flavor and you wont get stomach/headaches from the carbon monoxide poisoning (thats another thing to watch out for, dont light those swift-lite coals in doors but if you must, make sure its near an open window or somewhere well ventilated. luckily the swiftlites dont emit nearly the chemicals that the golden coals do. Are you anywhere near London? Is a trip there feasible? If so, get down to Queensway Market, failing that Edgware Road. Queensway is better though. Chuck a left out of the station and it's right there, prices are about as good as it gets in the UK sadly.

thanks for the reply, they use swift-lites at a friends shop so they should be fine, im normally gonna have it out and about and i doubt il be allowed to smoke it at home so quick light coals are probably good for me.

Kam from Hookahshop here. As there are so many fake products out there we usualy source our products directly from the company rather than buying from re-sellers. All our KM's were supplied directly from Khalil and his Son Sharif who now runs most of the business. Here's a photo of me at one of the 3 KM outlets in Cairo central.

I'll see if I can get a photo with Khalil himself, thats if I can remember to take my camera with me next time. I doubt many of you even know what he looks like.

You'll notice we had some KM's which no other shop has stocked, this was due to us being at the factory as some of the new models were being finished so were lucky enough to get some from the first batch. I think one of the Hookah Forum posters was the first ever to own a KM Ghost.
