In With The Old

Recommended Posts

I'm getting to be a moderately knowledgeable hookah user. How ever there is some tips and tricks I'm missing out on. One step at a time though. One of the big problems I've run into is storage and shisha drying out. I mostly have Al Fakher in 50mg packages. Well I open it and put it directly back into the boxes.... Not using common sense to realize it would leak out. Anyhow, I smoke it anyways and it usually is fine. However some of the more old flavors I have lying around have begun to REALLY dry out and it just burns alot quicker than it should. Today I went and picked up some glycerine and mollases. I was hoping to use it to breath some life back into the shisha and give it back some of its moisture. Before I proceed though I wanted to mak sure this was an ok method. Like how much should I use per bowl or if I should even use these things on it. I had heard to use glycerine and honey. However, since Al Fakher uses mollases I thought I should use that. Am I good to go or do I need to do something different?

I've used honey and it didnt really help anything.

So pretty much just glycerine regardless of whether its honey or molasses based?

ive used honey and gotten great results from it, you have to find the right amount though which can be tricky, i try to make sure all the tobacco that was dry is now moist and sticky, however much that takes
