Repair Question

Recommended Posts

Hey guys. My hookah is giving me some trouble lately. I don't know the technical terms but it has two hoses and where you connect the hose to the hookah there's a little ball inside so that you don't have to plug the other hose when not using it. Normally, the balls would be able to move but now they're stuck. Since they are stuck, neither hose hits at all. I think this happened because I hadn't used my hookah in a few months. Anyway, the pieces that the balls are in do not seem to remove from the rest of the hookah so I don't know how to get them un-stuck. Ive tried sticking something long and pointy in to see if I could get them moving but it didn't work. Any suggestions? Please e-mail me lhsander@uvm.edu Thanks!

Or, if that doesn't work and you don't want to spend the cash, heat the valves up and the balls pop right out. The metal of the ball expands slower than the metal of the valve, and it should ideally fall out. Then replace that thing with an airsfot pellet, and your rusting woes are gone.

the valve should unscrew even if it dosent look like it dose. and it seems like most of us love airsoft bbs lol just make sure you use the good ones the cheaper ones have seems in them that can cause leaks.
