Hookah Company Order

So just ordered a bunch of shisha through hookah company along with a tangiers medium funnel bowl. today got an email from them saying the cola and rose al fakher is on backorder and they dont expect it for annother 1 to 2 weeks. so they wont ship my order unless i chose something else or the shipment comes in. ugh. anyone have any experience with this? am i really looking at this time frame? or even longer?

It happens occasionally. For any site. I have had it happen with HookahJohn and Hookah-Shisha. Not a big deal. Just pick something else.

It just happens now and then that orders before yours deplete stock. Seems to me they're doing a good thing by giving you the option of choosing something else or waiting. Some vendors would just substitute other brands, or flavors, or just not ship without any real contact. Decide whether your want to wait or not and give them props for doing the best within their power to take care of the customer.

i agree, it was great of them to contact you most will just blow you off, if your willing to wait then wait, me personally i would just pick some new flavors lol
