29inch Km Trimetal 3 Hose

QUOTE (Showtime07 @ Jun 5 2009, 04:21 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>
Just got off the phone with thehookah.com people. After a long convo, they basically said "NO", they won't replace my hookah, but if I send them pictures of the bowl they might decide to replace it.

I'm starting to get really angry, they wont like it when im angry lol

I used to like thehookah (i ordered a km hose they said was washable i washed it, got rust in it the next day, they said if i could prove it then they'd refund me, so i took the hose apart, showed the pics of rust and i got my refund)

But in a recent order i never complained about on the forum they promised me my discount and they never gave it to me, i called back and they said oh, well it's too late now, which is bull.

The people on the phone never get things right the first time, i had to call 3 times for them to get my email right (when i received the email confirmation my email they sent it to was the wrong email or a different one rather than i don't use for orders, isn't a huge deal but they should be able to get things right the first time)

And lastly out of all the vendors we order from here on hf, they take the longest. (my last order took 2 maybe 3 days to go out if i remember correctly.)

I need to leave reviews of my recent feelings from thehookah in the review section!

My KM came form Hookah Company, and it had these little while silicon rings stached around the main gasket to make it seal properly. These rings may be sold seperately on their website, and will save you the hassel of having to tape the gasket. PM me if you want some pictures of mine.

Is there a ball bearing in the second hose port? I am unfamiliar with multi hose kms. Also the stem might seem to lean but its probabally an uneven base or the tape on the stem which would cause leaning. Also, if the base wobbles, put a folded towel under it and see if that fixes the problem

There are no ball bearings in the hose ports, only in the check valve. Its kinda a hassle if you just want to smoke alone, basically I just roll up a wet paper towel and seal the extra hose ports because the rubber plugs the hookah came with are pretty much use-less.
