Scoot.508 Posted June 6, 2009 Share Posted June 6, 2009 I'd just like to throw out I'm new to posting here, but I've used this forum to learn hookah for about the one and half years or so I've been into hookah. I have a question though, about the most posted thing on this forum....tangiers. It doesnt even seem like i can smoke the lucid for the life of me. Damn, I usually use two on most tobaccos and its fine. How much charcoal should I use because this stuff smells fantastic and I'd really like to get it to smoke well. mattarios2 Posted June 6, 2009 Share Posted June 6, 2009 tangiers is a low heat tobacco. Try using one coal cracked in half. Place each half on opposite sides of the bowl.If it is still too hot, crack the QL's in 1/4ths. Place 2 1/4 pieces (half a coal on the bowl) if not enough keep adding 1/4 pieces until it is smoking well. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
