liquidglass
I like to dabble in trading penny stocks every now and then and I usually just look for different sites that are positing about penny stocks that could make a run up and get some cash. Like anybody playing in the market. And unfortunately I don't have many friends who are into the whole stock thing so I figured what better place to ask than hookahforum!I've found some good sites here and there, but most are pump and dumps where they get paid to advertise for a stockSo, if you do trade penny stocks do you have any other sites that you like? I'm always looking for new info. Thanks!

I just graduated with a finance degree and got my foot in the water with an actual account of my own through Scott Trade. I'd be down to try some penny day trading though. liquidglass
QUOTE (freeOS @ Jun 13 2009, 10:53 AM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>Have you ever made any money back on those?YUP, now of course the amount of money you make depends on a few things 1) how much money you invest2) amount of return you expect to get to (so you set up a stop limit sell)3) if you hit that amount then that is your actual return but if not it'll be lower. The most I've made in one stock was about an 800% return, unfortunately I didn't have as much money in it as I wanted to so I ended up making about 100 bucks profit. Some stocks I'll lose a few bucks here and there if it doesn't go back up like my research projects, and a few I'll make some cash, but usually nothing large. I don't go in big time unless I'm confident in it.QUOTE (annual @ Jun 13 2009, 01:45 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>Yes I day trade penny stocks and have a great website, will I share it...umm sure.hotstockmarket.comdont ever google penny stocks and dont ever listen to those websites.hotstockmarket is good.I sort of agree and sort of disagree1) you can google hot penny stocks and lists will pop up and usually those stocks will do well depending on what site you're looking at b/c of the research done on them(you can also review them at www.stockta.com) 2) Most advisory sites are 'pump n dumps' which means that the runner is paid to advertise for a stock. Which can be useful if you get in immediately then don't be too greedy, sell off, then short the same stock for the drop that will inevitably occur in a day or two. Thanks for the hotstockmaret I'll check it outAlso a friend of mine is telling me about this one website I'll check out then I'll get back to you guys if it looks like it's any good, he said it's a newer site but so far they've been pretty accurate. I use Zecco.com for that. Maybe not the best one out there, but it's what I use for now.if you do sign up at zecco find me! liquidglass of course
