OBY
Awhile ago my friend found some cool tongs and they just so happened to work super good for rounded coals ( I have never tried squares).I recently did a search and found them on ebay. They are made with high quality stainless steel. They are used for flasks and jewelry and for $12.99 they are well worth it!here is the ebay link Ebay page here clicky I am not affiliated with them.Check it out, have you or are you currently using these?OBY

ilikemyusername
i use my grilling tongs, true story. They're about 18 inches long, 2 wooden handles, stainless steel and i can never lose them like every other set of tongs i've had-minus the cheap ass flimsy piece of shit tongs i got with my first pipe over 7 years ago. They just don't seem to go away.

They are made of metal.I know this is NOT something to be proud of, but I have built calluses on my index finger and thumb for when I move coals and their aren't tongs around. This is a picture of them pretty healed up but they are usually rough and have no feeling to them :|Let's just say im handy to have around when coals fall on the carpet and nobody knows what to do because their are no tongs
delSol_si
Shit FamiliarJoe, dedication to say the least!I just had my second good session for this summer and was quite disappointed with it...I think I have lost my hookah touch. Smoke sucked and taste pretty bad, not sure if it was the baccy or I just suck, or whether I just don't like hookah anymore, kinda thinking about calling it quits... I was just trying to smoke Layalina, one of the easiest baccys to smoke...but ya, I agree, I feel like I was getting better sessions before I was hookah savvy. Kinda wish I could just forget everything and start over. I have had two session this summer and they have both sucked!I am also starting to get headaches the next day...I think my body just doesn't like nicotine.
