Hi,

I'm Sarah.  My boyfriend and I will be going to a hookah bar
tonight for the first time for our anniversary.  I have a lot of
questions, but I'm not quite sure where to ask them, so I'll just ask
here and hope for a reply. 

When you're at a bar, what's the proper way to order a hookah, and do they light it for you?

If my boyfriend and I are sharing one, will they give us two or one with two hoses?

Basically anything you would like to tell me, so I don't make a
complete ass of myself? I know basic etiquitte, but pointers would be
greatly appreciated.  Thanks.
