bungiman
I recently ordered my KM from Hookah-Shisha.com. It came in today and when I first saw the stem I was blown away. I then looked at the vase in horror.I later took the brush out to find out that the brush was holding the vase together.I immediately went to HS and to the live chat.Within a couple of minutes we had a plan. Since they are out of the Tri-Metal, they are going to give me a vase from a Pharonie as a temporary replacement. That will be here Friday. Also, when the Tri-Metal comes back in, I will get that vase. I wouldn't be suprised if I got some extra shisha too. Either way, HS was super great about it. I would recommend them to everyone, just be weary of UPS.Three reasons I love HS right now:1. Temp vase.2. Expedited temp vase3. Original vase when it comes back in. Barnaby
Yup, no complaints from H-S, I get stuff on time, and they fix what is broke.Sucks about your first KM though.. Least it will be taken care of. Hate that though.. such the cock block.. waiting to get it, and it's all messed, and you have to wait some more.. ashes87
That sucks your base broke, but it is pretty great that H-S will be sending you not just a cheap vase, but one similar, and then when they get more of the vase you are supposed to have, they will then send you that one. That is great, it really is. How many companies have customer service like that anymore?
Philmatic
QUOTE (ashes87 @ Jun 24 2009, 09:43 AM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>That is great, it really is. How many companies have customer service like that anymore?I've been a longtime customer of HS, while their prices are up there, and it always takes them no less than 3 days to get to my house (I wish they'd offer FedEx), their customer service and the QA they apply to the packing and shipping is above any other internet based Hookah retailer. Barnaby
sometimes UPS breaking shit is a good thing. My stereo started having issues a while back, and I had an extended warranty on it. It had to be shipped back to the factory to be repaired, and when I got it back, guess what? It wasn't the right one. What had happened, is I got shipped back the wrong receiver, and mine was lost. So, UPS had to pay the full price of my original receiver, in order to fulfill the warranty I had. I got a brand new stereo out of it all, that was better than my original, since technology progresses the way it does.. Can't beat that.. sunsetlounge
Grats on the hookah, have fun smoking it once you get the base!
RingsMaster
yeah ups is terrible imo, they lose everything i order(exaggeration lol) but they did lose my hookah, then it took 3 weeks to get my replacement, grrr
Arcane
eh...i'm not surprised that your vase arrived broken.that was the hookah i ordered from H-S.i wouldn't place the blame on the shipping company either. i've ordered hookahs from HC and HJ. the difference between those two companies and H-S is that HC and HJ know how to pack a hookah so it arrives to their customer in one piece. they don't wrap half of the base, throw in stem, bowl and tray in the box loose with not enough packing material to protect it. EvansLight
See every hookah i've ordered from H-S was packed very well. I also love ordering from them because ground shipping from them to me is more or less overnight But that does suck, but with H-S you are just about guaranteed good Customer Support. newjacksm
I read somewhere that all ups packages go off a 6ft drop and it's stated somewhere on the website/packaging centers..
