I hope it involves an in-depth apple-off.Also--which of these is not like the other? Esk. Apple! Surprised you didn't do the AF Bahraini Apple to go with your theme of Anisey Apples.Looking forward to hearing about how this turns out!I'm pretty sure that the yellow jars next to the double apple is Nakhla baharini apple

How is it different from regular Nahkla? Also, what Nahkla flavors should I try out? I bought some chocomint to see if I liked Nahkla in general and I LOVE IT, so I'm eager to buy some other flavors now haha.Double Apple, Sweet Melon, Mizo Peach, Mizo Grape, Mint (if you want a very strong mint), Mandarin and Orange. Arcane
QUOTE (Sonthert @ Jun 27 2009, 12:56 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>Arcane, that boxed apple on the bottom right isn't double apple. Its regular apple. You do know that, right?yep. i'm aware. i was referring to the Nakhla Apple in a Jar (Jars on the right) is different than the 50g box of Nak Apple on the bottom right. I was expecting them to be the same(since both I guess are Nakhla Apple), but the smell and color is very different. I haven't smoked them individually yet to note any difference in taste...might give that a whirl tomorrow night. Sonthert
Yeah, they are different. That why I was asking. You were noting they were different, like you expected them to be similar...sorry!

You were noting they were different, like you expected them to be similar...sorry! yeah...just the color of the box and the single apple...i thought they'd be the same. so, i guess one is AF Apple and the other is the Bahrani Apple? either way, i like the apple better...and v3 - not too bad. not as good as v1, but don't know why... Sonthert
Clockwise, from the thingie of hand soap/ lotion: 3x250g jars of Nakhla Double Apple2x250g jars of Nakhla Behreini Apple2x250g tubs of AF Eskanderani Apple3x250g boxes of Nakhla Apple5x250g boxes of Al Basha Apple (I don't really know what the two boxes, rear bottom are)2x250g (?) tubs of Mizo AppleI'm still confused...I imagine each of them is different. The Al Basha Apple will be similar to the Nakhla apple, otherwise all different.
Arcane
Yep...they're all slightly different, which is a good thing. But, I'm running into a problem...When I mix the shisha, if starts off really good then about 20-30 minutes later - it takes on a soapy taste. Even rin noticed the flavor change.Mini Egyptian - packed somewhat loosely.2 CanarysNo glycerin added. What could be the cause?

Apple into the mix...maybe some of the 50g packs too... Edited June 29, 2009 by arcane
Sonthert
Soapy is a bad result. I'd keep them separate. If you mix eskanderani apple and double apple, you might have a melt down in terms of flavor overload...that might be what seems like a soapy flavor. fcbayern
WOO HOOO sorry guys, I didnt get a chance to smoke Jay's Apple Orgy until last night..well let me say I smoked this in my Exotica, with my Small OG phunnel, I packed it pretty tight, just slightly lighter than Tangiers.I started with three 1/2 coal pieces ( my ususal for Nak) And the orgy began. The taste was awesome strong apple with a double apple backup. It was not like any other apple I had smoked.. really nice. It also had a strong anise finish, I love anise so it was good for me.I got nice big clouds (as expected) and a really nice buzz, not too strong but quite relaxing.Very nice!!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK JAY!!!!!
