paradoxsoldier
So, first off I am new on this forum, so hello everyone. I am posting because i am in the process of waiting for my replacement Hooka to arrive in the mail. I Ordered a mod-hooka from Hooka-shisha.com (not sure if thats exactly the site but anywa...) about 6-7 months ago. Since then I have had the top piece of the hooka, being the shaft section, break. Specifically, I have been trying to clean it and was in the act of unscrewing the lower portion in order to clean it with a cleaning rod and I twisted it and the internal piece, which looks like it is threaded breaks in half. Now I have no clue why this happens, seeing as i have not been using this piece as a bat or anything. The conclusion being that I sent the latest broken piece along with the rest of the hooka back to the site for a replacement. I am now getting a syrian hooka, which a friend of mine has and has had no problems. I would definitely say that that website imparticular has been very helpful with these issues. So my question is has anyone else had similar problems? Also any advice on future buying? Thanks for the inputTim
Donkeema
i got the Abyss mod hookah from h-s aswell and only 1 week ago the attachment stem peice that goes into the water broke.as i was screwing it in the part it screws into broke off. (cheaply glued on)+ the hose that comes with the abyss is a peice of sh*t! - broke first time in use. the hookah still works but theres no use of the water now. smoke becomes harsher ALOT faster. no more bubbles for me oh well. next hookah : mya! Hookah_Bob
Strange. I've had no problems with my Abyss apart from the downstem not being able to screw in entirely and the hose pieces coming apart (which can be taped or glued back on)
HookahDuck
Most people who purchase auto-seal hookahs end up drilling them out because the draw on them is so tight. Just something to keep in mind. I personally, would rather just have people plug the hose and not have to worry about it
Cornellius
About auto seal, you can always take that little ball out of auto seal system making it non-seal system ^^

LordInfamous
Damn that exact same sh*t happened to me, but its been happening to all of my hookahs. I'm def not goin to complain becasue Hookah-Shisha does a great job of exchanging stuff out. Once a hookah breaks i just talk to them and they upgrade me. Its awesome, great customer service from them.
