fcbayern
So I was just wondering what everyone does with all their Shisha tins.. I got a ton of these things just lying around everywhere (since I mainly smoke SB) I hate to just throw them away.. Does anyone know if they can be recycled?I commend Tangiers for keeping their packaging simple. Probably what helps keep the cost down too..Kudos to you my friend Eric! delSol_si
I would suggest either reusing them for other shisha or using them to store nuts, bolts, screws, and such in.
wpw36
you could use them to add some height on to the bottom of a windcover
Stuie
I use mine as... call me stupid... Piggy banks for special projects. Gun Safe, Plasma TV things like that. And I use them for target practice out on the oil lease.

Tyler
I use my empty tins to store my Tangier's in and other shishas that don't come with a nice storage package like this. That's just me though. Allows for easy mixing of the juices..just shake it!

He stored spices and teas in them. I buy bulk herbs, spices, and teas plus I dry a lot of peppers and herbs when I can get them, so that's definitely what I'd do with them, always needing containers. You COULD sell them as a lot on Ebay, they're pretty enough people might want to do something with them. freeOS
Craigslist free ad! Someone will gladly pick them up, maybe many people will be interested. You might be able to sell them for a buck a can even.

I gotta say it makes life easier to take em in the tins then in the boxes, and the tins don't fall apart.

indian_villager
I'd drill the center of one and use it as a windcover support. Or you can plant things in them.....like garden variety herbs. Cilantro smells great!
TizaNabi
I thought it was just me saving too! I've never in my ancient 56 been a pack rat, but I have tons of really good plastic tubs from shisha, plastic food packs for 500 grams, kilo, etc well stocked and in good order not at all haphazardly. I kept thinking I'd give them to one of my sons who smokes hookah also when he comes. So he showed up with some friends, (one who I taught in school around14 years back). They're going into the 3 year army draft very soon so I whipped out the plastic bins with the idea of filling them up many different flavours. My son picked 3 unopened packs and said "enough". Can't get myself to throw them out. Only thing I collect.
