Recommended Posts

Good grab Joe. Almost thought about grabbing that one myself! Glad I didn't bid. Hate to bid against a fellow forum Member!

I was wondering if anyone else noticed this little gem! I appreciate the generosity smile.gif

i wouldnt buy a hookah offa e-bay personally no telling if it was used for something illegal

That's a good point...but from a personal point of view, I couldn't care less. I will just give it a deep clean as soon as I get it. My small blue phunnel bowl will look great on it biggrin.gif

Do you guys think it's a real KM...? If so it will be my first one to own. I have only had MYA's.

The Hookah sells some 22", so I know they make smaller pipes. Interested to see what you find out when you get it FamiliarJoe and nice grab.

i think it's real. but i also would have asked the guy for a pic of the little platform thing where the tray rests. km's have a very distinct lotus pattern that's rather unmistakable. good buy though, it's probably legit.

Thats a pretty good price...depending on the S/H. Wholesale is about that. How much was the S/H?

$10 dollars. All together Final price was $40.

This guy has a lot of sells with zero bad ratings, 100% on Ebay. He says he brought it over from Kuwait himself, but is moving out of the states and doesn't need it anymore. He seems convinced I will love it and that it IS a KM. Im not worried about it =]

Yeah I wanted to, but there was only 1 hour left on this when I found it! It was do or die biggrin.gif

Ill post pics when I get it on my doorstep guys, thanks for all the info. Tell me if you figure out what exactly it is with a link.

Looks like an AMER but the hose port looks off. The only real way to tell is when you get it look at the tray holder. Also I'd be wary of using a used pipe off of ebay....no telling if there was NHT use.

hahaha all this talk of NHT usage...you didn't listen to familiar Joe? the seller brought it with him from bahrain! if the seller IS from bahrain then the nht that you guys are thinking of that can be smoked with a hookah is just posh! most of those guys in the gulf abuse a certain white powdered stimulant...the 'royal' families are the worst!

maybe i'm out of line, but it's just so ridiculous

joe, you got the damn thing for a steal. now when it gets to your house just scrub it down and throw it in the dishwasher...

cheers

Don't be so quick to dismiss my theory. As far as I know the person is in the us and potentially college aged. From my personal experience at my school most idiots with a hookah smoke shitty shisha and occasionally add NHT to the bowls. I do not condone this behavior but you must understand that it happens.

So you use a phunnel or a different bowl or worst, don't. I don't see the big deal with NHT possibly being used in it. It isn't like any possible effects of NHT will linger, possibly bad taste but even crappy shisha could do that.

I just wanted to say nice grab. Wash it like you normally would and I wouldn't worry about NHT.

Looks like a KM tundra hose on there. I looks like KM except that purge valve. KM usually puts a different purge valve on there. But, he could have just gotten a special one or picked up another purge valve along the way. Good buy joe! Congrats! Who cares if NHT was smoked out of it, you got it for extremely cheap, if it actually is a KM. Either way, still a good prices if its not. Plus, you can always just wash it and get most of the residue out. The only thing I would be worried about is residue being left in the bowls as those look unglazed. But, thats a cheap and almost necessary fix, just put your Tang phunnel on there! If I had seen that I would have been tempted to bid on it. I'm glad I didn't though, like Stuie said, wouldn't want to bid against a fellow hookahforum member.

I've got the same purge cap on my KM and it's legit. If you look closely the step to the purge valve looks like brass hinting authenticity.

Oh, ok, well it probably it legit then, thanks for clarifying that IV. Either way though, damn good deal!

FJ, would you mind reviewing that hose? Even though I want a Roka, I am still curious of this hose.
