Anyone else get notification from Social?

The samples were to get some of our regular customers a few
flavors of StarBuzz that has not been reviewed on the forum yet and also as way
to send out a little bonus to a few regulars. It was not a scientific process
as far as selection of the tobacco flavors or recipients was concerned, it was
haphazardly thrown together. To be quite honest the people that received them
were customers that I have been in contact through email, remember speaking to,
or could otherwise look up in our system, or members on the forum that I could
match with customer names in our system. It was not fun process and was very
time consuming…

BTW: Mr Bubble, I promise we're not commies... we sent out your sample the same
time as everyone else’s, but we do not have an email on file for you to send
the tracking number.


Brad did not receive samples separately because he was the
first to receive samples included with an existing order he had placed a few
weeks back.



As a rule, the basic requirement to ever receive a sample
from Social Smoke is to be an existing customer. We have received many requests
for samples or more specifically “Free Samples” by non-prior customers that we unfortunately
had to deny. We neither have the infrastructure in place to bag and label the
samples nor the marketing budget to support sending out to samples to everyone…

For those existing or regular customers that did not receive samples, please do
not think we purposely left you out. As it appears, the "hookahforum"
discount has spread far and wide and is known by many outside hookahforum. For
that reason we no longer track its use down to each customer, rather we track
only its total use…




As a suggestion, for Hookah Forum members, please type in
your member name in the additional comments box that follows the discount code
box. That way I can relate your user name with our customer database and run
queries and searches. This would help me next time to try to include as many
member as possible.




As far as international customers go, this time around we
only sent to domestic customers Part of the reason again is the wide use of the
hookahforum code. It is impossible to know who is an actual hookahforum member.




I’m sure be doing something like this in the near future
again, so for anyone that is an existing customer and I missed, send me an PM with
your name and user name and I’ll compile a hookah forum member list. I want to
make perfectly clear that I won’t guarantee that everyone will receive a sample,
if there is a large number of PM’s I will make a list to randomly choose next
time…




General Updates: MYA washable hoses available, Nakhla
tobacco available including new flavors, Custom Carrying Bags in stock and
included on Social Smoke hookahs, Three Kings 33mm has always been in stock and
40mm should be back in a day or two.

That's really nice from you guy.  I hope you send them some Kiwi flavor.  I want to try this flavor on my next order. So I can't wait to read reviews.  (Cantaloupe too)
Do you think one day it will be possible to [b]buy [/b]sample or smaller format ? Because for us in canada the bigger (or expensive) is our order the more chance we have to pay taxe and all this.  I would be able to buy more then 1-2 flavor at the time.

I stand corrected and apologize from the bottom of  my gizzard for calling them commies. I thought they had forgotten about our conversation last month. I received a box yesterday with samples. I will work on them later as I have a lot going on today.
